  Nonsense. It is IN the CONSTITUTION. It is legal. You people commit wicked financial crimes against a poor nation, and want to delay or avoid accountability. Accountability will be sped up by the tribunals under the SAME JUDICIAL SYSTEM the executes judgement. A poor kid steals a goat, he gets 10-15 years. You steal, loot the nation of millions of dollars, engage in galamsey to poison the environment and you want to escape or delay punishment.

Please let Mahama and his folks know this is not 1979 and the good people of Ghana will resist any attempt to restart targeting Akans. Any such attempt by Mahama will lead to the disintergation of Ghana along ethnic/tribal lines. rawlings introduced it and if Mahama wants to rekindle it we all will live to see what becomes of Ghana. Akans would love to live in peace but would not allow to be taken for fools again.
