  This reminds me of a bank robber facing prosecution in court. When the judge asked him why he robbed the bank, he simply said it was because that's where the money is.

  Capitalist partisan politics is a means of making money. In advance capitalist states a position in the legislature or executive gives you right and access to not only assisting the capitalist in your country to make a lot of profit, but as well use the army of your country to assassinate, kidnap and declare war on weak countries, take their natural resources and make their citizens miserable.
  In 2011 we sow former prisoners from Guantanamo visiting then President of the U.S. Barack Obama. Barack Obama then gave the mission to the CIA and US army to declare the Arab Spring, an operation in which all Arab governments that are not at the beg and call of the US were to be overthrown.
  There was a ruse to be set up, which was the people who visited Barack Obama of which the majority were human traffickers were to form the ISIS and attack their countries.
  The US will come in with the ruse that the presidents then, as the case was in Iraq and Yugoslavia killing their own people that need to be redeemed by the forces of NATO.
  So the fact of capitalist political partisan politics is about making money, either by robbing your country or other countries of their natural resources, with the military to do that and as well pretending to be a peaceful person, disarming the state you intend to occupy, using the UN for such purpose.

  You want to know the answer to your question? The answer is the 1992 constitution, the most useless document ever written for the governance ofa country in the whole wide world. It is the basis of the rampant stealing and corruption among the so called Ghanaian ellite. It is the lowest level of the rawlings greenbook revolution garbage. The document itself encourages corruption; just to mention a few, it allows whoever becomes president to appoint any number of surpeme courts justices to tilt the adminstration of justice, allows the creation of regions or district, gives power to the president to appoint almost everyone who works in Ghana; appoint regional minsters and DCE's; single parliamentarians and government officials alone for exgratia after they leave office.
