  From Reform to Results---may sound or-read catchy--but it is of no significance.----What the GOLDBOD Enterprise has been designed to achieve is -in -actual fact -a ruse crafted by JDM-the President ,young Sammy GYAMFI and the NDC Party to fleece the Nation ---[it is a sleazy scheme designed to amass wealth ----create a fortune-personal wealth .]At all cost --the operation of the GOLDBOD must be put on HOLD---LET Sammy Gyamfi be deployed to head a National Tree Planting exercise --a serious effort to reclaim the devastated Agricultural Land ,Forest Reserves and the polluted Water Bodies .All those unemployed who want to work must be employed in the afforestation program and be paid for their services .As it is, nothing should be done to potentiate the effect of the GALAMSEY MINING activities [due to the artisanal small scale mining]--If Government needs to build its gold reserve --Let Government invest in Industrial Large Gold Mining ------Meanwhile ,seriously, to effectively STOP the GALAMSEY MENACE which is killing us all softly and slowly ----1.-Parliament must enact a LAW to BAN all artisanal small scale mining activities across the length and breath of the country ---no such thing as legal or illegal small scale mining. Violation of the BAN LAW must attract severe penalty even death sentence by Firing squad--both citizens and non -citizens must face same penalty ---no habeas corpus for offenders. Presently --wisely, the gold must remain in the ground undisturbed until an environmental friendly technique is designed to win the gold----PLANT -[vegetation ] is LIFE ,WATER is LIFE not the gold ---WATER is PRICELESS not the gold.
  It must be pointed out that Dr BAWUMIA has proposed far back - during the second term of the NPP Government Rule that a community mining co-operative groups will be organized under the guidance of U-MAT trained graduates to be engaged in responsible artisanal small scale mining ventures----importantly the mining operations shall be carried out in specific defined areas of GHANA gold deposits [ geologically mapped out-]--definitely to check the indiscriminate digging anywhere for gold.
  So let it be known that this BAWUMIA foresight proposal to advance artisanal small scale mining operations in GHANA is what Sammy GYAMFI is regurgitating .Shame unto you SAMMY GYAMFI--but that is NDC for you.
