  This is an excellent write up and I sincerely hope the ministry of local government and the various local government institutions have taken note of it. Indeed it could even be presented as a thesis for an M PHIL degree. The way she has analysed our problem with decentralisation using Tema as a case study is very apt and I would recommend that she presents this write up to Prof Kwame Ahwoi, the architect of the current local assembly system for his comments. The tv stations that is joynews, channel one tv and tv 3 news are encouraged to use this write up to organise a business round table on this subject of centralised decentralisation. Kudos to you madam. Very few beautiful ladies exude such intelligence.
