  It is very troubling and breaks my soul when ever public accountability is ignored. Government officaials are audited and huge amount of money is lost and nothing is done to anyone over the years.
  It seems, the best and fastest way to be rich is been given a government appointment to uphold an office. You get into office misuse funds allocated to that office, you get audited publicly the whole sees it and it becomes a nine day wonder. The next person comes and repeats the same cycle and it continues. No one is arrested, tried and jailed.
  Asia is rising pretty fast due to proper accountability do you think such can happen in China, South Korea and Japan. I see what is happening in Burkina Faso accountability accountability accountability.
  So for now seeking greener pasture else where seems to be the best solution for many which shouldn't be the solution.
  Just imagine the case with illegal mining everywhere, let what till we start importing water, food, etc and our cocoa and other products will be banned due to other harmful substance found in them.
  
  We all need to wake up NOW before the worst became a monster which cannot be killed. Now I mean, and put away politics for once.

  Ironically, many of these so-called leaders have lived in the developed world and know what is required to make a nation successful...but they'd rather keep things the way they are for as long as it benefits them.
