  From my observation, any article that appears under "Opinion" column do not attract too many readers. That said, Mr. Kelvin Ocran, I did not read the entire article because I understood what you meant by reading the first three paragraphs.
  
  Now, Mr. Kelvin Ocran, what is 24-hour economy which was the main campaign message of John Mahama during the election, and how did he explain it to your understanding including the stalwarts of NDC? John Mahama, Asiedu Nketia and the rest have different meaning and explanation to the entire concept of that 24-hour economy.
  
  To make my long comment short, "Markets and Hospitals, which of the operate around the clock" and if you are in Mahama shoes, which of the two will you prefer to build around the country?
  
  Being the president does not mean one is repository of knowledge or the wisest among the entire 33 million Ghanaians. There is no policy called 24-hour economy rather it is demand and supply being the pivot of such a thing.
  
  Our security services operate around the clock and was that a policy or demand? As an educated person, you should be sensible enough not to fall for anything than use your intellect to analyze whatever is put out for consumption.
  
  The Chief you are trying to educate on the policy, understands his surrounding more than you and the point he made was "VALID" so, stop being a "Stomach-directed" whatever and use your brains.

  This long write up does not address his concern.
  I think two old funny tales come into play here;
  (1) If you cannot convince one, confuse him
  (2) The sudden emergence of "24-Hour Markets" out of the "24-Hour Economy", is like the student who was to write an essay about a bird but rather turned out to describe the tree on which the bird perches, just for "willful and intentional deviation" arising from lack of knowledge. It's time for NDC to confess that 24-Hour Economy was not a thought-through policy but rather a catchy phrase just to win the 2024 general election.
  No wonder NDC faithfuls continue to explain the policy, almost two years after winning the election. A word to a wise.............

It seems you wasted your parents time and resources in sending you to school if all that you understand about the promised 24 hour economy by John "Darega" Mahama is what you have written here. I am sorry for your parents. Just juxtapose the promised "24hour economy", and the current demolishing and reconstructing "24hour Market", and see if they are alike. Shame on your deceptive self.
