What truth did the CJ speak to? GET fund fails to spend it's budgetary allocation and that is declared as surplus when there are schools under trees in Ghana and you think that is truth?

The CJ has brought the judiciary into disrepute by such party political statement in favour of the current government against the previous government and must bow down his head in shame and resign. I know that will not happen because in Ghana, no one resigns.

You should remember that justice must not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done.

In any proper democracy, boundaries are delineated and observes so as to keep the governance architecture in the interests of the people who are the ultimate sovereign. Proper checks and balances must be kept. In the US and other developed democracies, Justices stay away from appearances that may constitute impropriety. In the US, Justices avoid appearing on the same stage with the executive. Many do not even attend the State of the Union address. Baffoe-Bonnie was simply doing propaganda for the NDC.

As is typical in an " European/American-based DEMOCRACY" which we have aped, even your breathing is a threat to the opposition viz the NPP.
What you "saw and commented on is what every seeing eye sees and comments"!
The road projects are beautiful, and they are going to every nook and cranny of the land. It is rather ABNORMAL and "witchery" to not comment after seeing them. Arthur K an NPP stalwart saw and said something similar. NPP party stalwarts like venerable KWAME PIANIM voiced the same things....cos they are SO OBVIOUS.
J.A Kuffour will never say anything like this, because he is a party-hardened partyman, and NOT a statesman. Yes Kuffour was/is/ will NEVER choose country over party. It has always been PARTY FIRST.
But things are changing, and GHANA'S young and old are getting more and more DE-POLITICISED.
AND the very political AND TRIBAL NPP is on its way to OBLIVION.
