  Hmm, open the flood gates. Has the custodial sentences been deterrant enough. The state prosecution, does all it could to convict an accused person, only for the convict to be assigned for community service. We are just adding what we dont kmow to existing challenges. Why would people commit crimes. Will it not be better to put measures in place to forstall crimes be committed rather than dealing with it consequence,
