  Please ask him how many of his colleagues and friends did he betrayed and snitched on which led to their brutal killing by his once "wee" smoking compatriot jj rawlings during thier so-called communist/greenbook revolution times in the 70's and 80's. For those of you who weren't born then, jj rawlings, kwesi pratt, kwaku baako, the ahwoi's and the tsikata's were once all bounded together by hate and jealousy of prosperous individuals. They were the architects of the term "let the blood flow" - the killing of certain groups of Ghanaians that these hobos considered corrupt with their kangaroo courts and tribunals. Ghana has become a country with no conscious else no civilized institution like UCC will confer such an honor to any of these people mentioned above.

Are you aware that the Hilla Limaan government that J J Rawlings overthrew in 1979 had its antecedents as the CPP? Indeed the forbears of the People's National Party was the CPP and for that matter Kwesi Pratt was seriously against the Rawlings government and for that was incarcerated a number of times at the ussher fort prison together with his comrade Kofi Baako on numerous occasions by the Rawlings regime? Kwesi Pratt was never an dmirer of Rawlings in those heady revolutionary days. Please go back and read the history of those days.

An individual who is both a Member of Parliament and a lawyer, yet knowingly prefixing an honorary titles to individuals commits a severe breach of public trust, professional ethics, and national law. In Ghana, this action is no longer just an ethical misstep—it is a direct defiance of regulatory authorities. Mr Kwasi Pratt, the PNDC mole and double agent who betrayed some of his journalist friend leading to their demise during the Jerry Rawlings Junta is no hero and undeserving of this charade. As a lawyer, referring to him as "Dr" just because a politically partisan University authorities thinks so does not give you the liberty to force feed us this buncum. Mr attention seeking unruly whip. your actions are a Direct Violation of Ghanaian Law: Under Section 8(4)(d) of Ghana's Education Regulatory Bodies Act, 2020 (Act 1023), the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) has explicitly banned the public and official use of honorary "Dr." titles. For a lawmaker—someone explicitly elected to draft and uphold the laws of the Republic—to actively break a statutory law for personal vanity is the height of hypocrisy.
