  Very best and noble ideas which the authorities already know. The inherent problem is not the implementation, but if the authorities will be selfless to not sell the country short by lining their pockets with the project money. If the contractors are paid and timely, and the various institutions overseeing the project are up and coming, ensuring that quality work is done, the best for Ghana.
