This is a very good writeup. I hope those in authority are taking notes. But this is Ghana people have shares and have taken it already. they don't care if it works or not.
Bad roads are the main cause of the accidents; fix the roads and stop this Traffiteck nonsense.

There are accidents in the developed countries too. Even if they make the roads like Tema Motorway, some reckless drivers will be killing and getting killed.
Obeying rules is numero uno.
