  Karimu, This is a great article I must admit. Am also a marketing executive for Provident Life and so I know very well how the job is. Our focus is mostly on de elites but if we should turn our attention to the illitrates and educate them well, I believe it will go a long way to strengten the trust as far as insurance is concern
