It is a shame that up until this time ghananians have still not recorgnise the need to make serious provisions for people with disability.i feel that the governement of ghana should set up a specialist body whose main aim is to monitor the so called spiritual healing, mental health hospitals in ghana and any institutions that work with people with disability. Ghanainas attitude towards people with disability is inhuman and yes kofi i agree that education is the key. Where do we start from?
