  This is a general problem that most of us are facing,we are grduates from A poly with hnd qualification in science laboratory tech.why is it that,moh are saying we hnd in science lab cannot not work at hospital but those with certificate,degree,diploma are been allowed to work at hospitals,i dont understand why that.some of us with hnd are even far better than some degree holders.so my opinion is that, when degree,HND,certificates are done with their schooling,they should conduct intensive exams for those who are interested to work under moh,when you pass before you would be given the chance.Those with degree, diploma and certificate are not and never better than hnd holders in science lab tech at A poly. thank you.
