Pls and Pls DO NOT SEND any money home if they have voted the criminal as president, negotiate for 250 people to go to Cuba to train as doctors and you inflate the deal from $5'000 to $50,000 USD each and mutiply $45,000 by 250 and check for yourself how much money Mahama duped Ghanaians and the most worrying part is that all the 250 people were from the north real free education for the north. The so called Northners are producing Doctors where as the southners where the resource come from are struggling in poverty so what have our leaders done to us? Look at Mahama and what he is doing corruption everywhere so what are we doing we the other regions if cocoa cease to come from Ashanti region, Brong Ahafo, Eastern , Western where will Ghana be yet people are not wise enough to fight for the right of every one. People will accept 20 cedis to vote for NDC where as they do not think about ordinary Ghanaian.

Let us look at the founder of NDC he says he is fighting corruption but can he tell Ghanaians then monies he took from AFRC 1979 his so call revolution and still cerebrating it every year. Intead for us to support NPP for free markeling economy where we can use our resources we rather help Mahama to steal vote to be com president. Our society is very very sick, Rawlings has planted in minds of Ghanaians that Akans are bad yet the monies he have stolen are from the sweat of Akans. If we do not take care the real revolution will happy in Ghana where this nonsense will stop one day.

I humbly recommend you to prez mahama for compensation on condition that you come home to acquint yourself with reality on the ground.For judging from your comment you seem be far removed from realities on the ground.

I believe in PAYING for services recieved EXCEPT...under v. Dire Circumstance, rather than a GENERALIZED program that would affect QUALITY delivery. A lot af people don't respect things given out to them on FOC basis, hence results are relatively on the lower side.

Northerners are no longer generally poor and uneducated, as the case were in the 1950s. Some are rich and powerful people, These are the parasites, and they must be made to cater for their wards. A scholarship scheme must be instituted for the poor in the whole country, this Descrimination against the interior and the south must stop forthwith. and all made to pay boarding and lodging fees, north, south,interior, east and west. Respect should be earned and fairness is the only way to avoid " Conflict". They've become so arogant it's unbelievable. $3billion+ every year government gets from Gold in the interial bush belt funded your free education and WE the poor bush people from the interior also need some education as well. What is wrong with that? for you to be against so passionately? [Northerners Don't pay fully for Boarding and Lodging Fees]. Who are you kiding? Nana Akufo-Addo's Free SHS policy has really caught on with majority of Ghanaians and that baffles the NDC and their scouts. The fact still remains that most of our brothers and sisters in the Norther Regions enjoyed free education, including John Mahama---no-one can challenge that fact!

The NDC still cannot understand that Nana Akufo-Addo is popular and adored by many, esp. the youth, who have soon realised the difference between what the NPP stand for as against the notorious dirty criminals, called NDC.

The NPP under Kuffour, brought new hope and great opportunities for the Ghanaian youth. When the NDC took over the leadership mantle, under late Atta-Mills, things began to fall apart for Ghanaians. Nana Akufo-Addo in his campaign tours promised better education, NHIS, jobs and better pay for workers among others. The NDC had mo message for Ghanaians except to focus all their energy on challenging Nana's proposed free SHS programs. Nan has great vision; he's full of ideas to prosper Ghana.

A critical observation in our politics will reveal that there's lots of hatred toward the Akan tribe. I'm not making this up. Just a glance at the comments right here on this site will attest to the fact! For those who don't really know the origins of the so-called AFRC/P-NDC "revolution" inwhich they claimed to "zero" everything and bring sanity in Ghana, their hidden motives was diffent!

Some of the architects of the revolution were eager to subdue the Akan tribe who they perceieved to be their enemies; a domiant tribe whose sons and daughters had taken over all sectors of Ghana's economy and business. A lot of Akans have perished esp. those in the Ghana Army. Many more Ghanaians, esp. civilians---businesspeople, chiefs ect, during those dark years. That horrible spirit of hate within some minorities, is still aive!

The NDC is trying all it can, to cause disaffection against Nana Akufo-Addo, as if he's some sort of a criminal in the country. No wonder the likes of NDC's propaganda ministers, Okudzeto Ablakwa would brand Nana as dangerous. And it's no wonder those who came beating and killing innocent Ghanaians are the very ones who'd accuse of others. Who or how many people has Nana Akufo-Addo killed in Ghana?

Nana wants all Ghanaians to live the NPP's vision, where creating job opportunities, providing top-class health services and free education could lift us into a new dimension of prosperity for all.

The NDC fearing prosecution for gargantuan embezzlement have cleverly stollen the election---the only guarantee to protect themselves from prison or jail term. All the noise and hate messages that's being spread, the falsification of elections results, is part of the bigger plot or ploy to confuse Ghanaians. Nana Akufo-Addo won the electtions---the NDC lost but managed to deceive Ghanaians. That's the long story short!

Your level of vile hatred just oozes out and makes it unpalatable to read. Have you ever bothered to find out why the policy of free education was instituted by the Osagyefo? The British colonialists delibrately kept the north illitrate as a reservoir for unskilled labour for the cocoa farms in the south that you speak about as well as the mines. Their close to free labour created the wealth that helped built everything. That was the level playing field the Osagyefo attempted to correct.
And now, just like here in the US, when people speak of rectifying past discrimination against those whose ancestor's free labour built up the nation, others like you stand up and speak of fair play and a level playing field in Orwellian tones .
Incidentally, I am for free education across the country now because I believe that our resources should now allow us to have that on the agenda in the next five to ten years, if it is implemented in a way that does not ruin everything.
But if the argument is based on hatred of an earlier attempt to correct an even earlier injustice whose effect are still so clearly visible, then you essentially have no legs to stand on.

However my problem with the said article is you tried to show no negatives at all on the administration of the NPP or Danquah Busia hegemony. It makes it difficult to portray one aspect of governorship flawless and paint the other full of pits. People like me see this posturing not very inviting to vote for you. Let me take you a few years back I attended my A 4 year teachers training college in Atebubu in the Brong-Ahafo region hence I have an idea on the posturing of some of my mates from the Ashanti region. Any other person not from that region is a less human being The Bonos are Backward Ashantis, Ewes are atetekoma, Northerners are pepefour etc. This has never made me vote for Npp or Ndc. All my siblings are adent NPP voters, because of my experience, I have never loved the party.I pray that one day such behaviors see an end so that I can join my family to vote en-block for the NPP. This way my children will follow suite.
You talked about free education in the north even though it is your father that produces the cocoa for export. As a teacher I know about cocoa scholarship. What do we say to those whose towns and villages and as such their wealth has been submerged by the volta lake but do not enjoy electricity, the labourer who keep your fathers cocoa farms for him etc.I enjoyed a little of Nkrumahs free edcation up to primary 4. After toppling him what happen?
For now I reserve all that I have to my chest till I read you next write up.
