I too don't know any of the appointees personally but I read their CVs and was extremely impressed and proud to be Ghanaian. In fact they match any good appointments of similar standing in e.g. the US of UK for that matter. I hope Ghanaians will embrace and celebrate these chaps rather than allow political differences to colour their perceptions.
If these guys will live up to their CVs, we are in for a truly competent team. My guess is, he may worked with some of the them and so knows their worth, which is always helpful. That was what Bill Clinton did and boy was he successful! Bravo to the president.

You are related to one of these appointees because all what you have said is bull shit. What position are you in to see their CVs and read them? What do you know about Bill clinton or any outstanding British or American historic figure to compare them with urchins like the appointees under consideration? The standard of english you just put up in your write up reveals you are a non-entity just trying to pander for your appointed relative, good night.

This forum is for opinions and it is a pity you choose to attack others without cause.. First of all, neither do I know any of them nor am I interested in anything they do except i am impressed. It is a pity you did not see or bother to read the CVs posted with the article on Ghanaweb announcing their appointments. Clearly you have NOT been reading or educatinng yourself on the serious issues.
Second, I believe I am well positioned to talk about Bill Clinton. Quite apart from the fact that I have read his AUTOBIOGRAPHY and other biographies of him, I have followed US politics and dare I add, British politics over the last 25 years at least, AT VERY CLOSE QUARTERS! Who are you to say whether I should know about these things or not?
I know quite a number of appointees at these levels in a number of countries and before you utter another uninformed word to me, I am extremely familiar with the UK system where i have operated at a very high level over many years. I am sure you know that in this forum on Ghanaweb, we do not come here to display our credentials.
Some of you choose to use pseudonyms and I am not even sure if you a using your actual name. Well I am, because I have nothing to hide. You can find me on google if you wish to know more but why am I even bothering with an idiot like you anyway?
You need to grow up and be very careful who you attack. The fact that we all read and contribute to this public forum does not give you a right to insult people or make crass statements. If you have nothing good to contribute, simply hold your peace.

Party members expecting reward? When are we going to get rid of this mentality of entitlement and think always about serving our country to the fullest without expecting tons of reward. Patrotism is gone with the wind. what is left is the raping of mother Ghana. Shame on any one who wishes to be rewarded because he or she worked for the party to be elected into power. What about the electorate who voted for the party? How should they be rewarded?

They have nothing more to offer Ghana than to line their pockets.Tony Aidoo too should be shown the exits as well. In all,it is a good appoitment by the preisent. Let us all help them to succeed!

Don't you worry mate I will be the first to support the President if he shows great vision as a leader and performs effectively. Team success hinges on a multiple of factors and not just by the appointments. Synergy is a team characteristic, leadership, vision, performance levels, accountability and so on thus mere appointments will not bring us the success we seek. The effect of policies achieving targets economic transformation good systems etc. Please guys take things easy and observe the rend. This rush to shower praises is just an indication of small minds thinking.
