  as quickly as possible, and we'll be on our way." The dentist was quite impressed.
  "You're certainly a courageous woman," he said. "Which tooth is it?" The woman turned to her husband
  and said, "Show him your grown tooth,dear.

  Which people were not created? Is the poet referring to a particular tribe he does not like or is he referring to humanity in general? I think the former because he says he hears a voice telling him to tolerate them.
