I am refraining from commenting on the premises in the quotes and concentrate on the conclusion from a faulty logic and myopic reasoning:

Mr. Jake Obestebi Lamptey appeared as one of the petitioners in his capacity as a bona-fide citizen of Ghana, and also, as the son of one the architects of Ghana's Independence: He is continuing his late father's good works ,to fight until 'Freedom and Liberty' becomes the right for all Ghanaians .

However, when one 'lifts the Veil' one can see the oher side, that is his other 'responsiblities': Mr Jake Obetsebi Lamptey and all the petitions filed the petitions with their 'veils' and 'wigs' on their heads and it is only the inquisitive person, who will try and 'Lift their veils'.

Mr Borkor, do you understand?

That way, NPP could not have made the case that NDC is not a person, though I accept that the rules should not be determined by NPP. Whoever wins the argument at the SC tomorrow may have a psychological advantage to prosecute the propaganda war in the court of public opinion. However, that advantage could be short lived as the substantive case is what is important. Oh! with 4800 witnesses to be called that could be long lived, unless the Mahama legal team decide to call just few of the 4800 (about 2% maximum).

Your comments are simply low grade intellectual thinking on the issue of the Ghana constitution ; your thesis that jake Lamptey has no grounds to petition is false and misleaduing and somtimes people like you should make some efforts to read the constitution before they start firing legal opnions from their arm chair ; the constitution does not say you can petition the SC in your capacity as a professional person who holds an office; it simply says that any Ghanaian citizen can petition the courts privided that person can provide to the court evidence that he or she is a Ghanaian as to how you predent your case this amatter for you to find the evidence in your submission to the courts ; this subjective idea that that Jake cannot petition because he is an NPP member is utter non sensense and a poor understanding of the contitution and shows how naive you are ; Jon Mahama was named soly because he was beneficiary of the discrepancies that enabled Afari -Gyan or the EC to declare him the winner besides both Bawunia and Akuffo Addo are at court not because they lost the election as pronouced by the EC ; they are both there as Ghanaian citizens who have petioned the SC and not as NPP members ; remember that the NPP is not a Ghanain citizen; the main issue at stake is not a subjective legal issue ; submissions to court is expected to be made on objectives facts and evidence as the key aubmission to the court; if you care to read the submission the key point is the legal process of the conduct of the elections; the questions the judges will ask will be; is the evidence before them objective and was process which empowered the EC to conduct the election take into consideration or was it ignored by the EC ; if it is the case that there were errors here and there ;which the the EC claims to be infortunate ; then the JON Mahama is likely to win but if there are reasonable grounds to prove that the were provable discrepancies with evidence ; then Jon Mahama may have to step down ; the problem is that parties should realise that there is no come again on the matter according to CI 74, this is simply high stakes politics and exciting for the future of Ghana; but this may plunge the country into something else.
