  The Supreme Court is the final arbiter and it is about time we Ghanaians received full education on such matters.

  What is Georgina after? This woman is bent on destroying Ghana. Either she does not know the law or that evil forces have taken over her brain and she will destroy Ghana. She tried 4 years ago when she orderd a high court judge to sit on a holiday and to secretely hear the NPP's Atta Akyea try to stop the announcement of election results(her brother-in-law), and thankfully Justice Asante and Fui Tsikata saved the country.

  Dispite an apparant conflict in certain clauses and numbered wording in C. I. 74, The printed law is the Law. Notwithstanding the apparant insertion in [the Supreme Court of Ghana Law Reports (SCGLR) at page 568] of the empanelling of a minimum of 7 required Supreme Court Justices that Chief Justice, Georgina Wood, would empanell, empanelling either all or a minimum of 7 Justices. Those empanelled Justices would determine the matters before the Supreme Court with reference to the 2012 election--all the Justices, or 7?

  Why is Gina Wood bent on destroying Ghana. Either she does not know the law or she is evil possessed. She tried 4 years ago with her brother-in-law Atta Akyea to have a high court judge sit on a holiday and in secret to try to stop election results. God helped Justice Asante and Fui Tsikata to stop that evil move. Now she has started again with this illegal CI 74.

CANDIDATE Judges, i do not see how mere arithmetic collation of figures makes any judge biased. let us stop seeing smoke where there is no fire and stop pretending to beat war drums where there is no war. democracy should be seen to be practiced. yes and it pays to be cicvil.

If I do remember, an interested party reluctantly gave up a plot purchased for a sum of 20,000 Ghana Cedis with the hope of reclaiming it when the hoolabaloo dies down and the system is favourable to such dodgy deals.

Georgina Woods on the blingside of everybody has arrogated the power of a kingmaker and unmaker to herself by deliberately smuggling a subvertionist law into our law books. She did it in cahoots with her pro NPP judges in the judicary. She has bastardized the judiciary to the extent that even the oath of allegiance that our leaders swore by, that woman has added his own version to it. NDC need to wake up
