  I watched the whole programme and must state that the statement Buabeng issued was shameful and not a reflection of what happened at the metro tv studio. I was surprised he roped in the president since Kobby was in as a Member of the NDC communication team and not as a member of government because it is only the former ministers that are in a caretaker position. This kind of behaviour puts of independent thinkers from the NPP..

  There are too many half-baked empty barrels par-ambulating as party spokesmen, communications experts, functionaries, luminaries and what have you. Many of them from both sides simply lack substance and decorum. Stop giving them the media platform and nobody will hear of them.
  
  The media makes them popular and they interpret that to mean they are important. They lack civility or respect even for the office of the president. Ask Asamoah how he would feel if Nana Akufo Addo were to be president and someone referred to him as "illegitimate".

  Certainly, I was surprised when I heard the claims that Kobby Acheampong had said that the government was going to do something untoward to the NPP leaders or something like that. I had watched the entire encounter on Metro TV and there was nothing from Kobby as Yaw Buabeng Asamoah claimed. The argument was about the LEGITIMACY of the President. Asamoah was shouting that the President was illegitimate. All Kobby kept saying (and he said it twice) was that if the President should order that at 6 o'clock everybody should sleep he, Asamoah, would sleep at 6 o'clock. Asamoah then claimed that the NDC wanted to create a police state. Anyway, yesterday on Citi FM Nana Akomea repeatedly told Richard Dela Sky that the President is a LEGITIMATE President. Even when Richard told him that some NPP people were saying otherwise he asked Richard who were those? Richard appeard so shocked. And Nana Akomea just kept laughing at him saying that he was the Head of the NPP Communication team and that he was saying that 'The President is legitimate'. All I said to myself was that either the NPP knew that they had no case and were only trying their luck at the court or that some serious confusion was raging within the NPP as to what the party's position was. I am sincerely deflated.

  I have read the pathetic, useless, hollow and tribally jaundiced article by the above named brainless, faceless and low life ‘character’ that has the penchant for attacking the personality and hard won reputation of Mr. Alfred Woyome. I have always treated his useless craps in the name of an article with the contempt it deserves, I think his useless and tribally jaundiced crap of Sunday, 13 January 2013 which appeared on the Ghanaweb deserve an appropriate response to expose the envy and bitterness of Adofo Rockson and his paymasters and educate them adequately in the matter of the judgment debt paid to Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome.
  I am challenging Rockson Adofo to show his true identity if he thinks he has any reputation or credibility, and working in the interest of Ghana rather than writing his craps under a pseudonym.
  I want to first educate the writer that, Mr. Woyome has not at anytime warned the President as to who to appoint or not to appoint into his government. Mr. Woyome only exercised his right as any right thinking Ghanaian offered the President to know people he appoint, especially those who have fabricated lies and made allegations leading to his wrongful arrest which matter is in court, until the final determination of the case in court to prove the culpability or otherwise of all the people involved.
  I am deeply shocked that shameless bigots like Adofo Rockson and elements within the NPP will be hiding behind, and try to tarnish the reputation of Mr. Woyome in the case of the judgment debt paid to him by a court of competent jurisdiction, especially so when it is their government under the leadership of former President Kuffour and his cabinet who have caused the liability.
  During the regime of NPP in power, Mr. Woyome was able to source money for the government to build the Gushiegu, Begoro and Sogakope Hospitals. For the information of Adofo and his cohorts, Mr. Woyome has been working with a lot of African countries, including Togo, Benin, Liberia, Senegal, etc. Mr. Osafo Marfo during crossing examination after giving testimony as a prosecution witness in the case in court, Mr. Osafo Marfo confirmed that Mr. Woyome arranged funding for them to build the three (3) hospitals mentioned above.
  I am very much convinced that the writer, Adofo Rockson has a memory retention problem and therefore cannot recollect developments and events accurately, so have therefore decided to write all the gibberish he has been writing to suit him and his paymasters.
  I want to advice shenanigans like the writer in the NPP and their collaborators in the NDC to go and read the testimony of Mr. Osafo Marfo, where he testified in open court that on the 4th of July, eight (8) bids were received, and one of them from VAMED Engineering/M-Powerpak, which was represented by Mr. A.K. Woyome who tendered in the documents at 3:47 pm and duly signed against it.
  Mr. Osafo Marfo also in an answer to a question from the Defense Counsel during the cross examination relating to the illegal abrogation of the contract said ‘if you are a member of Cabinet of about thirty (30) people, you go with your opinions and exchange of views. What Cabinet decides is finally what is binding. I express my opinion as a member of Cabinet; I sent a memo that was personally Yaw Osafo-Marfo’s opinion… Mr. Osafo Marfo also warned his colleagues in Cabinet about the consequences of what they intend to do at the time, to cancel a legally awarded contract and giving the job to the Chinese who did not even take part in the bidding process.
  The Cabinet memo which was dated July 27, 2005 and written by Mr. Yaw Osafo-Marfo, the then Minister for Youth and Sports, and also the former Finance Minister under the Kufuor administration stated that, ‘if the NPP should cancel (illegally) then they should marshal forces to defend the cancellation both NATIONALLY and INTERNATIONALLY.
  The question I want to ask Adofo Rockson is, if he is one of the people engaged to defend the illegal termination of the contract internationally; if it is so, for how long do they think they can hide the truth from Ghanaians?
  Is Adofo Rockson aware that Mr. Woyome brought in a lawyer called Collins Russel from London to register their protest over the illegal cancellation of the contract during the NPP regime in government?
  Is Rockson and his cohorts aware that Mr. Alfred Woyome went to court and was awarded a claim of over GH¢ 106 million, but during negotiations forgave the government GH¢ 54 million, which was his profit, cost and interest, and settled for GH¢ 51 million, which was just the principal (actual money he spent within 5 years in sourcing the over 1.5 billion Euros for Ghana)?
  Is Adofo Rockson and his cohorts aware that when Mr. Woyome was paid the first tranche of GH¢ 17,094,493.50 as ordered by the court, he used that money to pay his bankers, UT Bank, NDK Financial Services and UNI Bank, owned by Dr. Kwabena Duffuor (the Kumawu kinsman of Adofo Rockson), who were all involved in the financial engineering financing?
  Is Adofo Rockson and his collaborators aware that in the bogus Auditor General’s report, a recommendation was made that, state officials who caused the huge financial loss should be SURCHARGED?
  Did the Auditor General’s recommendation or the late President J.E.A. Mills’ directives to EOCO to investigate ALL judgment debts say the beneficiaries should be embarrassed, illegally arrested and detained whilst those who caused the liability through their negligence and vindictiveness walk free the streets making false allegations?
  It is very important to expose the unprofessional and criminal conduct of the Auditor General who has forged figures in the ‘Auditors General’s Report on the Public Accounts (Consolidated Fund) for the year ended 31 December, 2010, in which he intentionally and criminally claimed that Mr. Woyome was paid the first tranche of GH¢ 58,905,974.54 instead of GH¢ 17,094,493.54. The Auditor General later called Editors and issued a press statement that he made a mistake in his report to Parliament, instead of rectifying the so called mistake in his report and presenting it to Parliament and not news editors.
  It is on the basis of the criminally planned and bogus Auditor General’s report that some evil and wicked elements within the NDC met with Kennedy Agyepong to start and execute their evil Agendas due to envy and vindictiveness.
  Ms Yvonne Quansah in her testimony in court testified that she was part of the Finance Sub-Committee that reviewed the definitive financial instrument in the offer submitted by the Woyome Consortium. These simply will tell Ghanaians that there was a contract which was at a point illegally terminated by a hurriedly arranged meeting of the Kufuor-led Cabinet of Ghana in Akosombo in 2005 by a one item Cabinet Agenda leading to this liability on the State.
  It is very pathetic and preposterous for this disgruntled writer to claim that Dr. Kwabena Duffuor was not dropped from President Mahama-led government, but that Dr. Duffuor has it as a resolute determination not to go for a second term in any government appointment.
  How did the writer know these; and what was the import of writing for the world to know if Dr. Duffuor was again appointed or not?
  I am deeply surprised at the tribally-jaundiced mentality of this sad soul and his contradiction in his write up, where he condemned Dr. Duffuor and the NDC Government, but made a U-turn when he remembered that Dr. Duffuor is his kinsman from Kumawu, so he started praising him and singing about his abilities and business acumen.
  I wonder if with the above facts and not conjectures by the tribal bigot writer with his lazy and impotent mind will educate him and he will not still say Mr. Woyome is a ‘fraudster of the century’.
  If he still believes so, then I think the tribal bigot will need a psychiatric examination.
  I urge you to wait and see those who will go to jail at the end of the trial, and then you will wake-up from your self induced state of a mind in a dream, and face realities.
  I am advising Adofo Rockson to try and find peace within his soul and stop the frivolous and vexatious attacks on Mr. Alfred Woyome.
  Do you have a wife and children? I want you to allow them to read this piece and I bet you, they will beg a psychiatric Doctor to urgently admit you in a sanatorium.

It is as if they don´t knwo that these are the very thngs that made Ghanaans to punish them,and will punish them again.Why does certain people find it very difficult to tel the truth? What does Buabeng hope to achieve by such reckless lies? To cause confusion in this country or what? Is the NPP bigger than mother Ghana?
