good article. Most chiefs do not have the interests of their people at heart only their selfish financial interests. I agree, its time to uphold the constitution and prosecute them

Land was not fabricated by man.It will be appropriate to nationalise the land for the interest of the citizens.So;it was said (c)thiefs will runaway and leave their sandals behind.

In a country where the whole of the bureacratic apparatchiks are infected by a dangerous virus called corruption, and have lost the will to lead and serve the people of Ghana, one would have expected chiefs and the churches to step in to provide the leadership the nation needs. Not any more. The virus has spread into these once respected institutions on the land.
We can never I repeat never develop economically and socially with the level of corruption in the country. You have got to look at Botswana to understand where absence of corruption enhances economic advancement. Botswana is the least corrupt country in Africa, and it also has achived a very impressive economic growth and continue to be the fastest growth in GDP.
