This NPP-biased writer said ''Lest some judges get canned too'' (See paragraph 3. How can the judges be canned? Are they fish or meat? Anyway, the presence of canes at the Supreme Court tells you how less important the case is. Nobody can cause war in Ghana. Remember that Nana Addo and his NPP tried that and failed abysmally. Being in NDC T-shirt does not make one NDC.

It is quite evident from the recent elections that Ghanaians in exercising their democratic rights to choose leaders to govern our country did not vote on principles but voted on personalities. This implies that whether the person we voted for delivered or not on his polecat mandate is not really the issue here but we voted for people strictly on party lines.

This is the crux of our fledging democracy where a greater percentage of the voting public are so gullible that they take in anything that they are told. Otherwise how do we explain the voting back into power of the NDC after such gross incompetence and garguantuan corruption in administering the affairs of our country. How do we explain the election of Mahama after just 6 months of campaigning. The above scenario demonstrates that a significant proportion of the electorate is not discerning enough.

In the developed world, the electorate is able to make their own analysis of hot potato political issues and vote accordingly. This is not so in Africa where political demagogues are able to throw dust into the eyes of a non discerning voting public who constitute the majority of the electorate.

Sometimes, my heart bleeds to hear people talking about the so-called better Ghana agenda. Look at the current living conditions of our people, majority of whom are living in abject poverty. Most of them cannot afford even one decent meal a day and lack portable drinking water. Most houses in the country lack toilet facilities and people are defecating in the bush. Does this portray a better Ghana agenda! Yet this what our politicians are harping on.

But our consolation lies in the fact that you cannot deceive all the people all the time. The NDC accuses Nana Addo of wanting to be President at all cost. This is interesting. Between the NDC and NPP who is resorting to violence to ensure it remains in power at all cost. Who is organising thugs to cause mayhem and attack innocent Ghanaians within the percents of the Supreme Court buildings. Who is organizing thugs to break into the offices of the NPP legal team with the vtiew to destroying any evidence which might incrimiate them in the current electoral petition before the Supreme Court.

Truth stands and the Supreme Court will ultimately rule on this case. If the petition is thrown out for lack of any credible evidence, the NPP will gracefully bow out and respect the decision of the Court. Should a verdict go against the NDC, Prez Mhama will have no choice than to respect the provisions of the Constitution and step down accordingly.

Whatever the outcome of the case, one fact would have been established and that is whoever is planning in future to rig elections will think twice, because the above case will bring into focus, the imperfections in our electoral system. GOD BLESS OUR MOTHERLAND!

The inaction of the govt & the security services have strengthened THESE NDC THUGS to carry their atrocities to the premises of the HIGHEST COURT in Ghana-THE SUPREME COURT.
Surprisingly,this place guarded by multitude of armed security men as well as other high level secret services,no arrest were made either.
Now the NDC & their supporters have INTIMIDATED EVERYBODY and now it is the turn of THE SUPREME COURT.
IF THE SUPREME COURT WANTS GHANA TO CONTINUE ENJOYING OUR PEACE, then these cannibals must be halted.
The ONLY WAY to do that is to declare the results of the election exactly as the people voted minus all irregularities.
Other than that,Ghana will become a POLICE STATE and "BOKO HARAM" type of GROUPS would emerge.This is when the "ALL DIE BE DIE " WILL BE APPLIED.

Why ca;t Asiedu Nketiah come out and tell Ghanaians truth. If NDC is not behind this why was there no arrest made. Was the Police notified and how many arrest were made? One thing i have observed with the NDC goverment is that their supporters are hooligans.The government turn blind eyes when their supporters go on rampage. Just watch if the Police will investicate this matter and arrest those who committed this evil. Let us watch and see.
