Both you Otchere Darko and the NDC legal eagles are wrong on several fronts; your take on the issue of NDC rable-rousers "arming" themselves with canes to witness Supreme Court proceedings is tainted by your partisan leanings and so is Mr. Agaga's view. The only agencies that can regulate what can be brought to court proceedings are law enforcement authorities and these include the Supreme Court and the lower courts of the land. Of course, the mere presence of the NDC supporters with canes was designed to intimidate their opponents and that is simply deplorable and says a lot about political maturity....however, unless the courts come out with a declaration that canes are not allowed on their premises, folks can walk in with their sticks so long as they are used as weapons....

If armed robbers attack a court or any person, for that matter, are you saying is that the court or the person should declare that "armed robbery is not allowed here", otherwise the armed robbers are free to do their armed robbery?

Peace minded people to be allowed to attend it. Nobody should be allowed to come there. Search even few people who will come there for the sake of peace. If court allows such vicious people there, it is up to you Ghanaians. Such things would not help.

If he is truly a lawyer and has that credentials, then he needs revision of his law books which will guide him in any statement in future for we are in 21st century. If he really think of his political career in future. then he better think twice before making any future statement because from his statement made public it seems someone not well educated.
