A lot of cases have been thrown out of court by various appeal courts for evidenced hiding. May be Ghana is different and I might be wrong.

They were given and now they are at it again, knowing well that if defeated, the so many judgment debts would be revealed so they have to do every dubious means to stay in power. Ghanaians voted, no incidence was reported that indicated intimidation, malpractice, or otherwise negative. Who want Nana Addo as president? Does he thinks he is the only person whose parents or whatever told him that he will grow to be a president? I do not know his other siblings but if he was the only one the parents saw greatness in him then it's unfortunate. Even those kaya yoos in town when they were born, their parents felt they could be doctors, nurses etc, etc. Nobody associates failure with his/her child. At least you managed to become a lawyer, just be content with your achievements and say a big thank you to the Almighty God before you Loose all that you have achieved. There is a thin line between grace and disgrace, sanity and insanity as well as consciousness and unconsciousness and it seems most of the npp support are gradually drifting slowly to the negative side of their consciousness. Please, the facilities in our mental hospitals are inadequate and are being over stretched we do not want increase enrollment there so wake up from that state and wise up. Tell your white friends that Ghanaians are empowered and know what is good for us. This is post colonial era we are a Republican Country since 1st. July 1960.

Mr Adofo, I am not sure how conversant you are with the judicial processes and how well versed are your white mates on the same. To be honest, I do not know much about the the judicial processes in Ghana but have a good idea about what is in the Britain through my work in training senior Judges, magistrates and and staff of the court services as well as a former Employment Tribunal Panel Member. Since the system in Ghana is similar to the British, I assume Ghana's judicial processes may follow the same or similar.

When a case is before the court pending hearing, there is something known as "Case Management". This is a process to ensure that the case is dealt with effectively and to avoid time wasting. In some cases all the parties (the Plaintiff and Defence teams) may agree in advance what information/materials/documents that may be required by each party, who should produce them, etc). This could be done prior to or after the first stage of the hearing. That is, the "Pre-Hearing". The Pre-Hearing is to determine all the substantial issues of the case, the possible time frame and dates for the hearing, witnesses to be called, how and when, etc. The information, materials and documents required for the hearing are also determined . That is known as "Discovery" The Judge may make an order for the parties to exchange the necessary documents, information, materials, ect by a specified date before the hearing.

As indicated above, the discovery could be done in advance before the pre-hearing but if that is not possible each party could apply to the court at pre-hearing for an order to be made for information, materials or documents to be provided.

From the above, I find it difficult to understand how and why your white mates are deceiving you. In fact, it is a very serious offence for any party (the Plaintiff or the Defence) to temper with evidence after such evidence is/are exchanged as part of the Discovery, so I do not see how the EC would be that stupid to resort to such criminality. Though I accept that in Ghana anything could possible but since Akufo Addo's legal team still have the originals of whatever is exchanged, I wonder if the EC will want to temper with information, documents and materials supplied to it.

I am very sad to read from portion of your article, which attempts to suggest you trust the legal opinions of your white mates on a Ghanaian court case more than Ghanaians. I can tell you that Ghanaians are equal to them, if not better in legal opinions. I am not a qualified lawyer but I defeated white solicitors at Employment Tribunal hearings as a Case Worker.

no trust in Afary Gyan and President. I hope NPP has taken note of this piece of information and gonna put things right. The advise given by Rockson and his friend is in the frame work of the law to exhibit in court to allow SC take access of the Pink Copy, Verification Machines and other documents in EC possession before they submit theirs, as this is a two way that I believe the SC unlike EC will make it right.

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a man much like the man who is the President of the United States. Akufo-Addo is a leader, who, like Obama, will become a candidate for a Nobel Peace Award. He is a man who leads beyond his mission. Akufo-Addo was in Accra Ghana, yet his speech was perhaps more important than Obama’s nomination acceptance and earlier keynote speech at the Democratic convention, because Nana Akufo-Addo's Supreme Court petition can lead, not only Ghana, but also Africa and the world to a true, just, more lagal democracy. Nana Akufo-Addo has given the Supreme Court the opportunity to evidence its mastery of justice.
Nana Akufo-Addo’s acceptance speech was perhaps more important than Obama's acceptance speech, because Akufo-Addo was accepting the nomination of an African party in a black African nation, while representing that he has the knowledge, wisdom and will-to-power, to lead the nation of Ghana to an economic stage that will begin a process that will raise Ghana until she becomes the first black African nation to reach a First World economic classification. In many ways like Akufo-Addo’s far thinking predecessors, his father and Kwame Nkrumah, Akufo-Addo believes he can show all of Africa a systematicly just political way and an economic way to achieve an African continent wide First World success. The process is quite systematic. Akufo-Addo looked out over those gathered:

“I am particularly grateful to my beautiful wife, Rebecca, and our daughters for their patience, understanding and support throughout this arduous campaign. That Acceptance Speech was an example of a summary of the intricately difficult task of formation of Mastermind-Alliances that Nana Addo has informally formed while emulating his father and Nkrumah in the Nkrumah Forum at the University of Ghana, Legon and with fellow students at Legon and with fellow associates and partners in the various law practices he has worked with and with the workers and volunteers working to see Akufo-Addo and the NPP rise to victory. Akufo-Addo will lead Ghana’s economy to the status of a First World economy. Yes, join the goal chasers; join the Mastermind-Alliances that will lead Ghana and its people to a different victory, victories like and surpassing the economic victories achieved under Nkrumah.
Akufo-Addo’s genius with the employment of mastermind-alliances is one of the reasons he will become the president of Ghana. A mastermind- alliance is normally formed with two or more people who are working on the achievement of a given objective. Akufo-Addo’s genius has given him the ability to form multiple mastermind-alliances with various groupings and that is why he has the ability to raise a nation, Ghana, to a First World economy. Akufo-Addo’s genius allows him to enhance and unite a very large grouping, Ghana, by bringing the People into a unit that joins the abilities of its members into a Gestalt totality united and working for the same purpose. The reason a common form of political force, namely a military dictator, which has become a common transition process in Africa and the Third World, is a very inefficient form of government and economic direction. The central problem with a dictator is that it is almost mandatorily guidance by one mind. One lone mind is very inefficient at leading the multiplicity of a government and the economy of a nation. While a democratic mastermind grouping draws in multiple minds and so will be a great deal more efficient than a dictator. Akufo-Addo is a champion of democracy and a genius at utilizing and expanding a mastermind grouping. With the NPP Akufo-Addo is an originator, a founder, the mind behind the minds of the mastermind-alliance of the NPP.
Economics and politics are so complex that a mastermind-alliance is necessary to initiate and direct a rising-goal-requirement. Akufo-Addo has a genius in forming mastermind-groupings to solve given problems. Nana Addo has a key capacity to communicate what must be done to solve problems. Akufo-Addo’s ability to get the members of a group to co-operate in a sophisticated and harmonious manner is a key factor in his leadership and organizational ability. In a mastermind-alliance each person has a function that will cause the mastermind-group to become correctly creative. In a mastermind-alliance tackling a complex problem while arriving at a harmonious solution requires highly skilled interaction by the members.

Nana Addo knows very well the game is over,he has no option then to withdraw or face the wrath of the Supreme Court.The court will oblige Nana Addo to give the particulars to Dr Afari Gyan because Nana could not oppose Prez Mahama on the same issue.As for me,I think time is quickly catching up with Nana Addo,he better withdraws his petition honourable before the court throws it out.From logical point of view,Nana Addo is knocked out.If he fails to hand over the particulars the court will close the case immediately.If he gives the particulars to Afari Gyan then he must give them to Prez Mahama and NDC.I sincerely don't think this case will travel over a week.Thank you.

This shows where you come from. The Supreme Court is not a trial court. The NPP will have to support their Petition with evidence overwhelmingly beyond reasonable doubt, there there was fraud. The evidence will be studied by the court, it will debate upon the case, there will be individual opinions, then the vote, before the verdict. Mahamah is not on trial, Adofo. Mahamah will NOT be asked to step down, for Nana to be sworn in, neither today nor tomorrow, NUNCA! I think you need some academic education at this time of your life. Thank you, and God bless you.
