  Again, most of the vehicles do not have workable speedometers but when they get unto the road, they speed without knowing what kilometers per hour the bus or vehicle is doing. What will be the result? Your guess is as good as mine. Overloading has become normal and acceptable to the extent that buses that should take about four passengers on a row now take six passengers instead. All these factors and more contribute to the many fatal accidents we witness on our roads daily.
  
  REGIONAL/NATIONAL MMTU ARE LAZY N CLUELESS. SOME OF THESE VEHIVLES SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON THE ROADS. THE HIGHWAYS N ROADS HAVE NO SPEEDING LIMIT SIGNS. IF THEY HAVE THEM, THEY R NOT VISIBLE. U NEED POLICE TO EMBARK ON REGULAR, UNANNOUNCED ROAD CHECKS. DRIVERS CAUGHT DISOBEYING MUST BE JAILED FOR 3 MONTHS. USELESS CARS WITH NO REGISTRATION OR SAFETY INSPECTION MUST BE SEIZED AND DESTROYED OR USED FOR SPARE PARTS. PROCEEDS MUST BE GIVEN TO THE POLICE TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO MOUNT MORE CHECKS. HW3, JUST GIVE ME 1 REGION. AND U WILL SEE REAL CHANGE. PRES. MAHAMA, EMAIL ME AND I WILL COME TO GH AND HELP GIVE ME 1 REGION. ALL CARS N TRUCKS PASSING THRU WILL SEE RED. IM TELLING U. U WILL SEE LESS ACCIDENTS, BETTER ROADS ETC...POLICE ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN CLAIMING PETTY BRIBES FOR KENKEY N FISH SO NO ONE CARES. IF THE VARIOUS REGIONAL POLICE DEPTS STARTED OFFERING PERKS LIKE MORE PAY, MORE OVERTIME, MORE SENIORITY/PROMOTIONS IN EXCHANGE FOR SUCH TRANSPORT RELATED OFFENCES. U WILL SEE REAL CHANGE. POLICE WILL NOT EVEN ACCEPT PETTY BRIBES. WE re all HUMANS. IN CANADA N US, THE POLICE WERE ALSO DOING THE SAME THING BACK IN THE DAYS. COLLECTING BRIBES. UNTIL THE VARIOUS COORDINATED POLICE DEPARTMENTS STATED WORKING ON THE QUOTE SYSTEM. NOW, THE QUOTA SYSTEM ISNT TALKED ABOUT OPENLY, BUT THIS IS WHAT POLICEMEN N WOMEN IN NORTH AMERICA WORK OFF ON. THE MORE ARRESTS, TICKETS, CITATIONS U GIVE TO THE PUBLIC, THE PERKS U GET AS A POLICEMAN. GO N ASK...WHY CANT GH IGP DO THE SAME? ASK THE IGP IF HE HAS EVEN SENT POLICE TO CANADA/US TO DO RESEARCH? TWEAAAA...USELESS N PREIMITIVE NKOAA!
