Adofo, this article is very confusing. Are you trying to compare simple cases of discrimination and unfair dismissal to a Presidential Petition that is about the interpretation and application of Constitutional Law? That is the biggest joke I have ever come across on Ghanaweb.

Listen to another feeble minded NPPER who lives in a world of his own. Now Adofo, fancy this question: Why is NPP saying that it has evidence from 4,709 pollings stations across the country that results were padded and or massaged to favour JM but says it intends to RELY ON ONLY 25 WITNESSES? Does the figure 25 makes sense to you? If the irregularities NNP claim occurred in 4,709 polling stations, it stands to reason therefore, that NPP 2nd class lawyers ought to have indicated in their petition that they intend to call 4,709 witnesses. Conversely, JM intends to call 4,800 witnesses from the 4,709 polling stations to testify that no irregularities occurred in those polling stations.

I shudder to wonder why NPP would rely on 25 witnesses. It shows how weak NPP case and or petition is. And somewhere in their petition, NPP said at certain polling stations on December 7 and December 8, 2012, Afari Gyan and JM condoned and connived at some polling stations to massage and or manipulate election results to favour JM. The big question that NPP low class lawyers are bound to answer is: Who saw JM IN PERSON and Afari Gyan IN PERSON together in certain pollings stations manipulating the election results to favour JM? The operative phrase is IN PERSON. Trust me, NPP fluke lawyers wouldn't be able to answer the question.

Adofo, if you're a true believer in democracy OPEN FIRE ON NANA AKUFO ADDO IN PUBLIC to indicate to him that he can't continue hold NPP hostage. Tell him to tuck his pennis between his legs and run to Kyebi to hibernate. When characters like you fail to act on Akufo Addo, then sooner or later there will be an IMPLOSION of historic proportion waiting to occur within NPP. In fact, MASSIVE SUICIDE is waiting to decimate the party.

I need someone to tell me some high profile cases Tsatsu has won. To the best of my knowledge, this Tsatsu Tsikata guy has lost every high caliber case due to his conceited approach towards cases. He lost his own case and was saved by a presidential pardon. Any half-baked lawyer can easily win this case against the NPP because of the herculean task of staging a coup de tat through the courts. With judges like Atoguba screaming bloody murder because the NPP had the chutzpah to question his neutrality, I see the odds stacked against the NPP. Tsatsu has always been a legal milquetoast. Tsatsu’s ineptitude sent Captain Kojo Tsikata to prison. His legal maladroitness was in full glow when he defended Rawlings. The man has overblown egos so he goes to court thinking he is better than the judges. The NPP will lose because they have a bad case NOT because Tsatsu has any legal brains.

Suffice however, to give you just one example of Tsatsu's legal prowess and achievement that, I recall at my young age when he floored Akuffo Addo who was the AG at the time, on the establishment of the NPP's Fast Track Courts, leading to Kuffuor to dismiss Akuffo Addo from the AG's department. Kuffuor only got that judgment reversed after appointing an asante and UP/NPP activist judge to the SC during the review of the case. I know there are more landmark cases that Tsatsu has won but your prejudicial stand against him will never let you see anything good in him.

Where were you when Tsatsu met The NPP government at court when the then Attorney General in person of Nana Akuffo Addo who made a shameful class one prosecution error unheard of in the annals of Legal acrobatics in Ghana and in the Commonwealth of Nations alias Tsatsu vrs the President.

Notwithstanding the so called High Profile cases you wanted the world to believe have not been credited to the Legal Luminary, Tsatsu Tsikata, why wouldn't you wait till the case is finished and you see whether he would display his prowess in court or not. The truth is that the academic record of par excellence of Tsatsu Tsikata of distinguished first class at the age of 18 at the only University of Ghana and thereafter at the university of Oxford,or call it the other way round is far from the third class Nana Addo Danquah got in Economics before miraculously being called to a bar or whatever!!

Kuffour after coming back from Australia decided to empanel the supreme court with more people which was allegedly said to have included his nephews and as usual the Akans to do the dirty bidding or the job for him/NPP then.
Further more, the most difficult part of the Law was what Tsatsu taught several years, imbibing sense and motivation in those able Ghanaians who went through his effable hands at the Unioversity of Ghana. There is, excuse me to say, no outstanding legal brain there with the NPP that can withstand the GOD given noble talent of Tsatsu Tsikata. The history of Ghana legal jurisprudence and constitutional knowledge is yet to unfold. Undermining Tsikata is primature and smells carcass. Why pull the cart befor the horse. Lwet us all wait and see where it will end!!
Patience will be a more reasonable approach and not trying to undermine anyone here. The academic history Tsatsu Tsikata has made is beyond reproach and as humble as he is, I have never heard him say what is worth. Those who know they know for sure, and are supported by His Divine Glory, never make noise. Where in the world would a so called high profile case be in the court and press conferences will be help to pre-empt the said petition???

Gone are the ignominious days when a judge in Ghana was coerced and cowed into declaring that "the truth does not matter" when ruling in the case brought against a journalist, George Nakene by the Rawlings government in the 1990s. Falsehood and intimidation prevailed over the truth and the poor journalist served a jail term for publishing nothing but the truth.We have come a long way from the June 30, 1982 murder of 3 High Court Judges by the Rawlings led military junta for no other reason than doing their job. The brains behind this heinous and statement making crime walked free and a new era in the way justice was administered was ushered in . We have come too far to turn back to those dark days . If the NPP team have enough evidence they will prevail over Tsatsu Tsikata . The judges of the Supreme Court will rise to the occasion and do ghana proud.

this is all stuoid talk, cos evidence must be credible. if people quoted figures that are so wrong and kept on changing, what credibility do you ascribe to such evidence? Ghanaians voted for JM and nothing can change that.

The hope of the NPP is that the judges appointed by Kuffour will demean themselves and rule in favour of Akuffo Addo

You do not have to waste your time to write 3 pages of a story to convince a court or to prove who is a legal brain. I hope Nana Addo is going to give evidence to the court but not hearsay stories like you have told.
So where is the so-called evidence that Nana and the NPP promised Ghanaians some two months ago.
Bawumia introduced 3 examples at the press conference and they turned out to be disastrous and must never have been used as examples as those examples were very bad examples and rather disproved the NPP case.
Why should the NPP threat their so-called evidence as if they were secrete or confidential. You only insult your public if you promise to provide them evidence and for 2 months fail to do so and keep playing on their intelligence.
Ghanaians cannot be fooled in such a manner and he who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.
If it is about who is more a legal brain then the lack of evidence so far in this matter can be used as a yard stick to determine the better legal brain.

There are alot of people who know that the NPP lost the elections right from the polling stations which their polling agents saw and witnessed. They are indeed crying wolf where there is no wolf. What I want the writer to note is the fact that Npp leaders are claiming what they cannot have. Indeed, it is only those who are outside and did not really witness and participated in the elections will hear and listen to what the Npp say and believe without given a second thought. Adofo don't water down what Ama is saying because in as much as the Npp has evidence so has the Ndc.
