  When we were young those days as pupils of JSS -not JJs JSS- there is this slogan NCNC no contribution no chop. Why should MP be paid a whopping Ghc 7,500 a month exluding allowances, ex-gratia, car loans and sit down doing nothing. If nothing is being done to address the situation then we all who voted for the NPP MPs are calling the government to pay all of us that same amount for us to stay in the house and do nothing. Doesn't the conscience of NPP MPs prick them for this bad conduct? I thought someone like P C Appiah Ofori is level headed and will say something about this? What will the NPP MPs come and tell us in 2016 for us to vote for them again? Vote for them for doing nothing? Oh my Goodness!!! This will happen only in Ghana. I am not surprised doctors, NAGRAT, etc are treatening strike. People don't work but want increase in pay. I think the best thing for Ghana is the introduction of hourly pay system for everybody including MPs.

  SNAIL'S PACE/TAKE ORDERS,NOT FROM THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF,BUT FROM THE NPP EXECUTIVE.THEN THEY MUST COLLECT THEIR
  PAY FROM THEIR BOSS...NOT THE TAX-PAYERS WHO PUT THEM THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.
  
  GHANAIANS MUST TELL THE MINORITY MP'S
  THEIR BEHAVIOUR'S ARE UNACCEPTABLE.
  THEY EVEN THUMP THEIR NOSES AT THE GHANA BAR ASSOC.
  
  I SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT.DISCIPLINE MAKES A NATION:NO WORK,NO PAY(end of discussion).

  If they want to take instructions from their party leaders at the expense of the constitution, then the must not receive any salary until they resend their decision. Their party leaders must pay them....not Ghana Government.
