We need a group of leaders who will SACRIFICE for the country.

All people have the right to chose their representatives not through the gun or with the assistance of any other state. The irony of your submission is that not all technologies are allowed to be bought and not all education is allowed also to be bought.
South Korea can send objects to space but North Korea can not do. Israel which is at war with her neighbours can have nuclear weapon but Iran is not allowed to have one.
We have all now realized how the overthrow of Col. Murmur Ghadafi is a threat to the whole of Western and Northern Africa.
