May be it is only in your society or in your mind that the above quotation does not apply. Whatever is in the Criminal Act has to be backed by the constitution. Just because the constitution did not expressly mention homosexuality does not mean it did not address it.

You don't arrest people for being homosexuals but you arrest them for homosexuality. Do you dunce understand the difference? Just like you cannot arrest anybody for being an armed robber without evidence of the act, that is without evidence, you cannot arrest anybody because you think their behaviour mimic homosexuality. Enforcing this law will be almost impossible since sexual act occurs behind closed doors between two people who consent to have sex.

Don't get me wrong. I am not saying because enforcement of the law is going to be difficult it should not be enacted. My point is that, as it is now, there is no law making homosexuality a crime and even if we enact laws, there is not going to be a mass arrest of homosexuals because you have to catch them in the act, that is observe them having sex before you can arrest them and how are you going to do that?

So many men unzipping and becoming baby machines while not taking responsibility to take care of them and yet, the African sees nothing wrong with it.

Government leaders appointing their tribe men in position that they don't have knowledge about and yet, the African don't see anything wrong with it.

Carnal knowledge is the penetration of a woman's vagina by a man with his penis and that is natural. What the Criminal Offences Act says is that if the penetration is not from a man's penis into a woman's vagina, then that is unnatural. That is the act that is punishable by the laws of Ghana which incidentally is part of the constitution of Ghana.
