  SORRY TO SAY THAT FROM THE TONE OF YOUR ARTICLE, YOU ARE OVERTLY BIASED, UNLESS YOU ARE TAKING A POLITICAL STAND. FOR THE SAKE OF THE PROGRESS OF GHANA, LET'S TRY TO REMAIN NEUTRAL AND OBJECTIVE. FIRST, THERE IS NO ELECTION SO FAR IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD THAT HAS BEEN DECLARED 100% ERROR-FREE, THIS INCLUDES THE MOST ADVANCED COUNTRIES; SO THE NPP CLAIMS HERE CANNOT BE REFUTED. A FEW OTHER QUESTIONS: WHY DID THE MACHINES MUL-FUNCTION AND WHY DID THE NDC PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE ANNOUNCE THAT VOTERS COULD VOTE WITHOUT THE BIOMETRIC CONFIRMATION? THE ACT OF ORGANISING THE ELECTIONS AT THE TIME WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE EC. AGAIN HOW COME THE EC MADE NUMERICAL 'ERRORS' IN FAVOUR OF ONE SIDE? GHANA, AND INDEED AFRICA, WOULD HARDLY PROGRESS IF THOSE TO WHOM RESPONSIBILITIES ARE ENTRUSTED BEHAVE THIS WAY, AND ALSO IF THEIR CITIZENS REFUSE TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE. IN FACT THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY MORE THAN 50 YRS AFTER REGAINING INDEPENDENCE, THEY STILL DEPEND ON THEIR COLONISERS WHOM THEY CHASED AWAY FOR AID IN ORDER TO SURVIVE. NO AMOUNT OF PRAYERS WITHOUT OBJECTIVE STEPS, DECISIVE AND PROGRESSIVE ACTION CAN BRING ABOUT PROGRESS. THINK ABOUT IT: THE STEPS TAKEN BY POLITICIANS ETC. IN TIMES PAST, GOOD OR BAD, IS THE RESULT OF THE NOW. SIMILARLY, THE STEPS OF THE NOW, GOOD OR BAD, WILL DETERMINE THE FUTURE (OF THE YOUNG GENERATION).
  MAY THE PEOPLE OF BLESSED GHANA, AND BLESSED AFRICA HAVE THE FORESIGHT TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR THEIR PROGRESS, THE COURAGE TO CHALLENGE THE WRONG, THE WILLINGNESS TO ACCEPT THE BEST, AND THE WILLPOWER TO CONTINUE ON THE BEST AND PROGRESSIVE PATH.

  There is no wrong doing to challenge sir.Since you agree that there is no election any where in the world that is 100% error free.The EC had not admitted making numerical errors in favour of one side as you allege and there is nothing wrong with the president asking that the electorate should not be disenfranchised for no fault of theirs but a machine break down when there are other means of identification. Even from the npp petition non is been alleged.The allegation the npp is making is now bordering on irregularities and in a human system like this there is no way that minor administrative mistakes can not be made.This is an election that has been declared the best in Ghana since the birth of our new constitution in 1992.So what is the npp's problem?It is the stupidity of a party that is refusing to accept the will of the electorates.Now you have been challenged to furnish Ghanaians with the mountain of evidence of wrong doing you allege and now you are struggling.This is a petition that has no merit and the npp is on a fishing expedition to find the evidence.It is high time they stop deceiving their own people because it is a hopeless goose chase.Some commentators like you are so biased that you throw balance and objectivity to the dogs and you end up with this trash.You have been blinded by your your loyalty to the npp hence your failure to see reason.

IS GHANA THE FIRST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD TO USE THOSE MACHINES? IS GHANA THE FIRST AFRICAN COUNTRY TO USE THOSE MACHINES? WHAT WERE THE LATER FINDINGS IN COUNTRIES WHERE THERE WERE [ALLEGED] BREAKDOWNS? HAVE YOU READ AND ANALYSED WHAT OTHER EXPERTS ARE SAYING ON THE MATTER? HOW WILL YOU INSIST THAT YOU PUT WATER IN THE PETROL THANK OF A CAR YOU BOUGHT AND DROVE SUCCESSFULLY WHEN, IN FACT ITS ENGINE WAS DESIGNED TO USE PETROL?   Until we begin to look at things with objectivity,equity and fair mindedness but not through the opaque lens of partisan politics where the see nothing, hear nothing crowd are happy to call a brown goat a purple elephant we will continue to have the same bad results after 56 years of independence.We cannot continue to do the same things in the same old ways and expect to have results different from what we we keep getting.   These NPP guys know that they are fighting a losing battle. They filed this lawsuit not with the intention of winning, but with the sole purpose of thwarting Mahama’s administration’s efforts to govern. With all news coverage focused on the case, this keeps Nana Addo and his minions in the news and relevant. Their gullible supporters are unaware that their leaders are taking them for a ride and misleading them into thinking the case is winnable. Eventually these folks that are being lied to by their leaders will see the light and turn on them.
