  In fact Kofi, I agree totally with you. but the lady must start to reshape the foreign minisry first. In her reforms there is the need to shift some mundane brains to the back burners and bring some dynamic people forward on to the frontline. If this is not done, she could out perform Hillary Clinton,but that won't yield any results.This is no time to play the cosy diplomacy only limited to traditions,but there is a new way to the game now, it is more about business, business negotiations, influence peddling,exposure not, our diplomats who dodge opportunities of being exposed! just writing and forwarding letters!!showing their personnel especially their locally employed staff where power lies. Woe betides those local staff ladies who are beautiful, who if they do not bow to the sexual advances of H.E the Ambassador would have to be fired from her job. Please there is the need to give performance evaluation to Ambassadors. In fact there is nothing extra-ordinary difference between carrier diplomat and politically appointed Head of Missions!
