Ok, even a genuine PH.D holde4r can bhe stupid, but a priorio, this guy seems to be stupidity personified. That's why his crede4ntials should be examined (sic).
  
  For how can a Ph.D holder not understand that Ghana is ruled under a constitution; that the constitution makes provision for elections and challenges to the results of elections, and that this is the whole basis of Ghasnaian democracy (as elsewhere)? I ask you!
