What a fantastic day in court for the petitioners. This is a contest between big minds and small minds. The NDC lawyers keep falling for the baits put infront of them without fail.The actual meaning of what happened in court is the acknowledgement by the respondents that all the pink sheets that would be produced in court by the petitioners, when the substantive case begins, could not be challenged as not being authentic. This is the third time the respondents have bitten the bait in the preliminaries. I will employ all to watch this space.It is amazing why some people keep asking for the evidence.That time is yet to come.Even if Asiedu Nketia and Kwabena Adjei wouldn't vote in favour of the petitioners if put on the panel.The petitioners lawyers are a bunch of smart and experieence lawyers indeed, so should not be taken for granted at all.I rest my case.

He said that instead of the current leadership under nAna instructing party agents to submit the pink sheets to the party's collation centre(s), they were rather asked to send them to the parliamentary candidates. So disorganized was the nPP's election machinery that many of the party agents including those in Accra even left the polling stations before polling ended. Very few even had time to monitor the counting. I personally witnessed an NDC party agent hand over nPP's pink sheet to its agents several hours after counting was over in Accra. Can you imagine what happens elsewhere? Disgruntled people! Keep learning from NDC.

I am not a lawyer but just an ordinary concerned citizen of my beloved country Ghana. To me NPP should show the proves to the whole world if they really have the facts to clear the air and everyone will know the truth.If not, they are just causing an un called confusion and distraction in the peace and progress of mother Ghana which should not be allowed just because of the greed and selfisheness of a few group of people.
Actually a true leader who has the country and people in mind first would consider the repercurssion of their actions and let the "sleeping dog lie" as the saying goes. We need not to be told of the consequences of such cases that have thrown some countries into chaos and the innocent persons killed just beause of greed to hold on to power at all cost.
The end results we can all read and see in the internet, Tv, etc. does not always end well. I want to encourage all Ghanaian to pray for our mother Ghana and our leaders to heed to the good old counsel of the bible that "vengeance is the Lord's own", and lets move on as a people.
A word to a wise as the saying goes is enough.
WE WANT PEACE NOT WAR, and who knows where these petty attacks and insults will leads us to, if not war.
Lets think again, we are all Ghanaians and one people, lets forget these arguements that will break this lovely country of ours apart and lets for once tell the outside world that we are capable of managing our country.

They should heavily be fined or/ and be suspended from one general election(preferably the next to come).
