The days when graduating High School in the north was equivalent to a university degree in the south are over. Ibrahim Mahama (may God forever curse him) is the principal source of the Dagbon chieftaincy disputes and must be ashamed on living on the blood of Dagbon youth.

Ibrahim Mahama will forever be cursed by any well-meaning Dagomba. He is a disgrace. He should have remained in Burkina never to set foot in Dagbon again.

We cant reverse what has happened, we can only learn from it. But it seems we are not doing that. The solution to the dagbang crisis is the put away the chieftancy clashes and forge ahead in unity.But one caution is that partisan politics has come to stay and once were fail to decouple partisan politics and chieftancy blocks we are in for more trouble.The politicians will always manipulate us for their political gains.It is unfortunate but this is the stake truth.

What good has he done when he has been instrumental in promoting disunity and destroying the respectable image and pride that it took centuries for Dagombas to build?
What good has he done when he hijacked the Dagbon chieftaincy only to use it as a meal ticket for himself and his cronies?

Going back 40 years, the only chieftaincy dispute that we had in Dagbon was the Yaa-Naa's throne. Today as we speak because Ibrahim Mahama misguided Yaa-Naa Yakubu Andani to distool all the Abudu side chiefs and sub-chiefs in towns and villages in Dagbon, every corner of Dagbon is now factionalized as either Andani or Abudu controlled area.

Ibrahim Mahama is a BIG SATAN and just as how Lucifer was cursed by God and ended up promoting evil deeds on earth he is also going to continue promoting EVIL in Dagbon. I don't know about you, but I was an adult in 1969 and if the Andani family did not take the law into their own hands by trying to over-run the soldiers guarding the Yaa-Naa's palace there would not have been any shooting.

I know that people who were not there or was not even born at the time make false allegations as if the soldiers just attacked innocent unarmed people because they were from the Andani family, but that is not so. The whole episode was instigated by the same satanic soul called Ibrahim Mahama. He decieved some people from the Andani family into arming themselves to face off the soldiers who were guarding the Yaa-Naa's palace and that was one big mistake that caused a lot people to die needlessly.
