The difference between Nduom and Woyome is that Nduom is good man who genuienly acquired his wealth but Woyome and Mahama on the other hand are THIEVES. Simple

Woyome is simply a thief, but he may get away with it because the government's failure to bring witnesses to court will eventually cause the judge to dismiss the case. That seems to be the plan of the NDC.

The article is a Rejoinder, which seek to advice Kofi Asamoah-Siaw who claim the A-G is letting go of Woyome, and demanding for witnesses to be compelled to give evidence that, his boss(Dr. Nduom)was part of the cabinet that illegally abrogated the contract of Mr. Woyome and his group which led to the payment of over 51 million Ghana Cedis in judgement debt ordered by the court. The rejoinder pointed out the criminal nature and history of Dr. Nduom, and advising his General Secretary to stop making insinuation and imputing criminality on Mr. Woyome in a matter which is before a court of competent jurisdiction for determination. It was pointed and made clear, that when Paa Kwasi Nduom engage in his criminal activities and wanted to be arrested, he run to the American embassy for protection as an American who can not be arrested and tried in a foreign country, the reason why he is still going a free man.
We shld be investigating if the allegations a true instead of insulting Juliet Lakpor. We shld again ask is Dr. Nduom is indeed is an American citizen and bearing the name Paul Yorke. this senseless and blind hatred for Mr. Woyome will not determine the case in court.

i regret that paragraph 5 of ur piece is at variance with info already in the public domain as regards size of his claim. the amount is not what he spent arranging the loan. it is supposed 2 be a percentage, 2-4% of the loan he claims to have arranged! u allege that Ghana failed to access it. nothing could be farther from the truth, as i recall that "Omafo Saafo", courtesy Kofi Wayo, sent a memo to the gold chain president's cabinet stating, among other things, that the contractor they had found was not going to provide the funding - which was in breach of their invitation to tender, and that a more competitve contractor's bid had been rejected on the basis of that! the question, now, is, if the contractor is to provide his own funding, can we say that aaw sourced money for the govt which it failed to access? remember, too, that the then a-g, advising professionally, also said that none of the bidders had met the funding requirement so govt had no contract with any of them? if he did indeed, secure this facility, why did't he make it available to his principals, and why did he not take the govt on when it abrogated the agreement with the contractors who won the stadia contract?

We do not need ant witnesses to prove anything. Woyome should prove his innocence by producing the documents of a contract which he knows never existed. The government of the NDC knowing their complicity in the case want to wear us out with their delaying tactics. It is not going to work with some of us. And you claim you are an intelligence officer to come up with such an unintelligent argument and analogies.
