Nana Addo may not win today or any other day because of our level of intellect as a people, but I believe NPP will win if they choose a candidate who is "less confident" than Nana or who comes from a bigger tribe.
I've realized Ghanaians don't vote on issues because if they did, the NDC would certainly be licking their wounds in opposition. I only hope the NPP will not present a winnable "idiot" as the NDC doesn't mind doing so, because I love Ghana so much.
Finally, contrary to what some of you think, Nana Addo is one of the greatest men to ever live on our land. For me, he will forever remain our black shining prince and I surely believe posterity will be kind to him. We may have passed away then, unfortunately. God bless Ghana.

They are not a tribal party that has their supporters spewing garbage about other tribes always. They embrace every Ghanaian and do not need an AKAN supremist to be a presidential candidate.
They changed the tax collection system with the introduction of VAT which was opposed by everthing oppose NPP when they are not in power.
They introduced the GETFUND which NPP opposed but gleefully utilised when they were in power.
NPP is the only party on record to have contracted a loan from a barbering shop. A party which thinks it knows all, better than the majority of Ghanaians. A party which is a sore loser but boycotts parliamentary activities even when they are in court.
VERDICT: NPP is going to be in opposition for a long time because they are being identified for who they are.

3. The two new universities were started from scratch. On the otherhand both the UDS and UEW have received massive expansion. Don't forget that NPP was so petty to prevent JJ from being given an award even though he donated hs award to start that University.
4.Oil was struck during NPPs time as a result of previous work by others like Tsatsu. Remember that after Kuffour, there has been more discoveries.
5. Thank God that Ghanaians were not deceived by a hopeless and empty slogan like free SHS in answer to every question posed. Go and refer to NADAA' s interview with the BBC and you will realise he had no idea of what he was talking about.

Only now are you beginning to realise that that might not necessarily be the case! Where from this "superiority complex" of yours?
You even forget that the NDC is more pluralistic and is made up of a much broader church of Ghanaians of all tribes. Don't you think such a pool should by mere probability alone have more intelligent people in it? You seem to be living in the 1950s and are propagating exactly what the UGCC leadership did to the Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah at the time.
They, the UGCC leadership along with the Bar Association and others managed to persuade quite a chunk of intellectuals in our institutions to boycott government and create the impression to the world that Nkrumah's government lacked intelligent people. For a toung country that needed all its human capital to develop, can you imagine the impact of such propaganda and bondage?
