  Abagna that was a nice article. The fact of the matter is, we are not going any way in our world cup qualifiers with AA at the helm of affairs. He is tactically bankrupt and cannot manage the team. I actually do not know the criteria in which he was selected, but I suppose coaches are selected based on the merit. AA has no record. He has never handled a club before, either locally or internationally. This is a guy who severed under4 foreign coaches, yet he cannot put talented players together. Ghanaians want to know under what circumstances is GFA sending AA abroad for a course? The position of the Black Stars coach should be open to the most qualified person. Why are they denying that? Also, what precedence are they setting for us. Are they saying that we should reward AA for not performing? We want the corrupt GFA staff to answer that.

Our peformance at the recent ended cup of nations shows how weak ghana is. I pray to God that, we will be able to qualify for the world cup. Frankly speaking, I will not be surprised if Ghana fail to make it to world cup. As I know now, Ghana has no good coach or or a well organize team to be able to make it to any majore tornament.   No country will progress in this era if it accomodates sloppiness in the name of self-empowerment. The coach is the leader of the team and a leader largely determines the behaviour of his team on and off the pitch. The behavoiur of our team as an purposeful organism with all its working parts failed the crucial functionality test on the pitch. If you maintain a striker who can have 3 one-on-one situation and score NONE from it, how do you say the striking department functioned? the same goes to the defense department which seems to always struggle with an opposition who will cleverly change the tempo of game in order to drill just a shot. Here. we sometimes panic and help them make those drills into goals. From the team selection, team preparedness and tactically organisation to the very unit/player level, the coach fluffed it.
