No because there is so much theft, corruption and mismanagement throughout the system and every rich person in a position of authority is stealing.

  Adofo, I share your pain and anguish. This is clearly a ploy from the highest authorities to cause a dismissal of the case by the judge for failure to prosecute. I'm shocked the talking media heads are not holding the feet of the prosecutors to the fire. Why have the names of these witnesses not be disclosed to the court?
  I'm afraid the case will be dismissed by the Judge if the prosecutors keeps this up.Rawlings will then realize
  he killed those generals for nothing.

  i hope ppl are not takin this confused adofo guy serious because he has taken this case so personal that he is not even following what is happenin in court..on need to be objective when dealin with such cases.adofo is not in the known that osafo marfo has already testified in court as a witntess in this case and he said the was concurrent approval which in law means existing contract.it is not mr woyomes fault that the kuffour government didnt issue a written contract to that effect.that was why mr woyome said he didnt have a written contract but by law the concurrent approval from the board is a contract.ghanaian shd wait and see how much money the state is going to pay mr woyome back..why shd mr osafo manfo warned kuffour and the cabinet on this per his cabinet memo but they stil went ahead and cancel the contract illegally??the truth will surely come out soon.

  This case is going no where not because of wanton of prosecution but lack of evidence. We cut our loss now as a nation if not will be paying Woyome double what he got in the first place.

However it looks like NPP members do not see their members among them, and it seems to them that only NDC members are visible. Mr. Rockson Adofo people like you must do your best to strip this case off its tribal and party political bias. I am of the view that Ghana is not a jungle where it is the survival of the fittest.

  I have read this stupid piece with shock, and finally came to the conclusion and realization that the so-called adofo rockson is mentally degraded, subservient and lack touch of realities happening around him. i say this because, it is only a mentally unstable and a subservient fool who will in the 21st century think the white man is superior over the black man. i really feel sorry for all the ignoramus who hail 'the mad and stupid' adofo rockson for his stupid articles and also comment foolishly insulting in a case non of them have the slightest knowledge about.
  adofo rockson keeps writing and insulting Mr. Woyome out frustration, envy and his unstable medical condition, and i wonder how ppl could not tell by the craps he writes.
  adofo rockson and his like should be asking the prosecutor in the case, Cynthia Lamptey, who is the wife of Ho. Yaw Barima, a former minister in the Kufuor administration why he is delaying in compelling former ministers in the npp administration to appear as prosecution witnesses to help in prosecuting the case in court for the Ghanaian people to know the people who caused financial loss to the state?
  It is clear that adofo rockson is totally ignorant about development in this case, because he is aware that Hon. Yaw Osafo Maafo was in court to testify in this case, and it came out clear that he warned the cabinet about the consequences of the illegal termination of the contract but was ignored which has brought us to where we are today. He is not also aware that Hon. Agyemang Manu, also testified, and in fact told thre honourable court that he gave and signed an INTRODUCTORY letter for Mr. Woyome to enable him source funding from banks in Europe and America for the Can 2008 stadium project.
  What has this low-life, frustrated ignoramus being writing for the public to read?
  I challenge adofo rockson to come out boldly in help in prosecuting this case in court if he thinks he has so much knowledge and information about the case or he shut his stupid much for good. Its frustrated ignoramus like adofo who has no family and responsibility that devote their life and time to tarnish and denigrate the hard won reputation of noble and successful people like Mr. Woyome in our society out of envy.
  adofo rockson should stop pretending and lying to himself that he lives in London.

  Many years back some so called socialist guys imposed themselves on Ghanians with all manner of theories of governance to justify why some people must be shot because they are stealing the peoples money. These holier than thou socialist people begin to change when they got power to rule the so called masses as they claim. What is the difference between the former and the latter now. At least we know two of them, one the former alleged thief and the 'latter day current's alleged thief. The difference here is that the former because of good background even though alleged as a thief has been able to turn his loot into a multimillion dollar enterprise with offices in Tokyo, Frankfurt , London and New York whereas the later only spend it secretly with his family and friends. Again the difference, in my view is that the latter's mind is so warped with regard to entrepreneurial capacity and so cannot even manage the loot to create jobs for the masses. That is the difference. Shameless lot whose family names should be barred in Ghana to serve as a deterrent so as to confirm the old saying that 'a good name is greater than great riches'. That is why everyone will continue to remember Jesus and Mohammed's name and the world can't even spell the names of the Sanhedrin during the time of Christ. Shameless people.
