  chicken,cow,pig processing buildings in usa are enclosed so no flys or mosquitos can enter, refrigerated so meat don't spoil..And have hot water to clean walls and floors

Go to Jamaica and see how clean thier beaches are compared to Ghana.Young people all over Jamaica,are hired to clean the filt around town,daily and they are making a decent living of it.Everyone in Ghana wants,wants,want,and if they can't get it then, blame the government.

  What are the environmetal officers stationed there for, if I may ask? Are they there for hygienic purposes, ante-mortem or postmortem inspection? Unless the animal health regulations in Ghana says otherwise, my opnion is that it is Veterinarian who should be stationed there.
