  A Dutch organisation donated road safety instruction movies to MTTU.
  Guess what TV stations don't broadcast them because they had to buy airspace ! ? ! ?
  The governement should sell TV licences only when they offer FREE air ...

  The governement should sell TV licences only when they offer FREE airtime to road safety movies to inform the public, like in many other countries.

  NO, they don't and because CORRUPTION PERMEATES the VERY CORE of our Society,NOTHING CHANGES!!!
  Our Society is EAGER to COPY easier TRAITS of a DEVELOPED NATION eg.bragging with latest cell phones,flat screen TVs,SUVs...etc. BUT are NOT PREPARED to PUT IN WHAT IT TAKES....namely HARD WORK and DISCIPLINE!!
  Most institutions in Ghana are just there in Name.They do NO THINKING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. We are forever waiting for the "ex-colonial master" to produce the SOLUTIONS TO OUR PROBLEMS!! Blackman,a DISGRACE indeed!!
