NPP has always touted that they respect rule of law. Funny, they only respect it when it favours them. Let me ask these questions. Who gave the order? This order can only come from the then Minister of Defence Addo Kuffour, Agyekum Kuffour's brother. Or it can also come from the then Northern Regional Minister in consultation with Addo Kuffour. Why was Akufo Addo unwilling to prosecute the case since he was then the attorney general? Who gave the order for the lower ranks of the military to torture the victim Issa Mobilla? The big fishes have been left off the hook. Jail Addo Kuffour and the then Northern Regional Minister and leave the poor soldiers in peace. What has also happen to the Commanding Officer of 6 Bn at the time? Lots of questions for Agyekum Diewuo Kuffour and his murderous gangsters to answer.

The issue here is not just the seeming justice purported to have been served. This injustice will go a long way to affect discipline in the GAF. Next time you ask a soldier to carry out orders/instructions especially in the face of national threats, he will have every right to refuse to carry out those orders because those who authourised the action would be freed. Why should Addo Kuffuor and the Co 6Bn be left off the hook when they were in charge?. think !!! Command has a serious negetive precedence on hand and it will eventually slap them in the face. I think NPP just came to destroy vital state institutions.
