  Nice piece Mr. Noble. i happen to have a friend who works in this create organization and anytime we meet with our other friends to discuss about our various jobs, he always looks disappointed and dejected. whiles some of us who also happen to work in the public sector have been migrated onto the SSSS, they haven't been migrated on the structure 4 years into the policy implementation.what is most annoying is that they don't know when they will be migrated and it is rumors that only 3 months arrears will be paid them should they be migrated (qtn: where will the remaining months arrears go to?). imagine someone working selflessly in this organisation for over 5 years and paid only 3 months pay arrears, whiles his colleagues in other public institutions have been paid their arrears from January 2010 and even demanding more.
  Therefore, Mr. President you need to act fast to the aid of these disgruntled workers if you are committed to fighting corruption and other economic crimes.
