To begin with, MOST of the projects he "promised" to deliver were undeliverable, so I leave that for fools to believe it. Second, this man was not talking to the people as State of the Nation address supposed to be, but rather, he was READING to people. He's shown clearly since he rigged himself unto the presidency that, he's not up to the task. Ghana in 21st century deserves better than this clueless "government".
