  Your write-up was a block with virtually no true paragraphs. Anyway, if ethnicity is not considered in appointments, why did God Himself create humans into ethnic groups? Its excessive use is dangerous, but considering it in appointments is not that bad. By your submission, how will feel if the President decides to appoint a resident Ewe, or Ashante or Frafra person as regional/deputy minister? Specifically, which unqualified leader has ever been appointed along ethnic and religious lines in Upper West? Don't let greediness in you drag the name of Upper West into the mire.

  When mother Ghana is blessed, all regions in Ghana are covered by that blessing, however, the fact that you saw fit to seek blessing for your region in particular, and Ghana in general, seems to be a bit contradictory and redundant, because you began very well but you ended by engaging in the very thing that you are complaining about : "The Dangerous Use Of Religion And Ethnicity", and may I add regional bias also?
  
  Every Ghanaian ought to have an equal opportunity to benefit from any and all opportunities that exist, however, when one begins to show regional preferences, then I'm not sure that one truly understand the concept of Nationalism.
  
  Nationalism is all inclusive, let's focus on that which unites us rather than concepts that divide us. Both NDC&NP are weak when it comes to promoting national unity. Regardless of our differences, we are one people, either we wise up and live together as Sisters and Brothers, or die together as fools.

  Can you please allowed the President appoint people (Ghanaians) whom he think can help him achieve his set goals for a better Ghana? Ghana is not ready for religious or tribal war from any part of the country. NDC foot soldiers are noted of making unnecessary demands. Majority of the people played different role to send the NDC to where it is today so please leave the President alone, okay? He cannot give appointment to everybody.
