  A whole Associate Professor deems it necessary to write an article ridiculing Africans with European names, as if that has any bearing on nation-building - no wonder Africa remains the laughing stock of the world. What kind of mindset is this? Instead of writing articles scoffing at others, why don't you offer suggestions as to how we can solve some of the numerous problems in Ghana.

Irony and contradictions? Does he use computer and its accesories made in the European/ Western countries? Does he use telephone and ink pens, cars/vehicles made by these Europeans? Mr. Okoampa, why don't you pack and go live in your akyem enclave to ensure that your people use only African names?   P.C. Appiah Ofori may have been the last Ghanaian left standing with dignity, integrity and intellectual honesty intact until he fell, like every Judas, to pieces of silver to claim his 15-minutes of fame.
  The one thing Okoampa-Ahoofe, P.C. Appiah-Ofori and others fail to understand in this fragile lives we live is that the call to serve Ghanaians is not and has never been about love of power, money and or tribal/political party prowess but for the love of country. It is the love of or for country most in Ghana's educated elite circles and the politically damaged clowns do not understand and or cannot comprehend. If P.C. Appiah Ofori was as principled as he has presented himself to those of us who do not know him from Adam but read from his all too many proclamations, I say he could hate the NDC, hate the sitting president John Mahama and the ground he walks but a call to serve Ghana is not a call to acquiesce to bribery. I wish the doctor without an ounce of shame, Dr. Okoampa-Ahoofe and P.C. Appiah-Ofori would come to understand that serving Ghanaians honestly and with integrity irrespective of the party in power may be more in line with what God expect of humans than fighting for the death of all your enemies; shunning a call to sacrifice for a beloved country is not anything to brag about.
