  Do you see what is so annoying about these so-called educated Ghanaians ? He says the castle should be turned into basically a hotel for African luminaries. Say what ? The place will sit idly by and rot. How many African heads of state meet in Ghana every year ? That shows you how stupid this bushman is.
  
  Nobody in the western world would advance such a stupid idea, except a bushman like Asante.The first thing that the white man would think about is how to convert this building into a money-making machine and not that foolish suggestion by Asante.These so-called Ghana leaders educate themselves in the western world and return home to Ghana as if they learned nothing.Again, Asante is one of those fools.
  
  MAKE A MUSEUM OUT IT AND ALLOW THE REVENUE TO FLOW IN. DAMN IT.

  Okoampah,we the people of Osu and the descendants of Nii Kwabena Bonney of Osu Alata who manipulated a white captain of a whole ship full of Merchandise into giving him a receipt covering the cost of the merchandise in the ship and follow him to his Palace for the money , of which he never paid anyway cos he won at the courts when the matter was called..... are claiming the Osu castle and put it to good use....U sit in Kumasi or New york to tell us what to do with our thing.... We gave the land to the Danes to build the castle, remmember? Kwasia, buulu...go to Manhyia palace or Ofori Panyin Fie and go tell them what to do ..Wo y3 aboa piiii...

  Both suggestions means that we're still promoting modern slavery!!!
  Neither of the both: No museum nor No executive modern slave-masters residential annex!!!
  Demolish that damn old slavery market-place castle to wipe it out from our landscape or better it'd be set on fire by one of the anti-slavery movements someday to come.
  Keeping on selling your 'adonkofuo' for a piece of a mirror in that bloody castle?
  That makes no sense!!

  The fact is the fates of all the Castles and Forts, not only the Christiansborg Castle, rest with all Ghanaians. The fate of the Osu Castle, Ussher Fort or James Fort is neither Asante's call nor Mahama's call. Our united call they are!
  
  The more than 60 castles, forts and lodges built along our littoral stretching for about 300 miles long should be seen as a collective historical monument belonging to the citizens of Ghana. The buildings constitute something really unique in the world.
  
  And we, the citizens of the Republic of Ghana, should find ways to PRESERVE, USE, AND MAINTAIN THEM.
