As a nation we are still in our nappies and being bottle fed. Other countries who are as old as Ghana , for example South Korea etc have moved on are now grown-up and even Giants. Ghanaians need to ask themselves why.

SHAMEFUL LEADERS OF GHANA BE PROUD OF YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS 56 YEARS AFTER SO CALLED FREEDOM FROM THE WHITE MAN. OUR LEADERS SHOULD BE PROUD OF ACHIEVING THE FOLLOWING:
1 No decent roads in Ghana
2. No water supplies to every citizen
3. No Electricity to every household
4. No Employment for the youth
5. No workable medical care/services
6. Poor educational standards and illiteracy
7. No decent housing through out the country
8. No plan to develop the country and move it forward; if there is a plan it has been ignored.
9. Stealing of the country's resources through foul and criminal means; conjuring and colluding in the award of illegal judgement debts.
After all these years we still go to the white man with a begging bowl asking him to subsidise our government budgets and we are not even ashamed to do this. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE BLACK MAN??

When the Brits were here they used the form four leavers as civil servants, trained them at the civil service college and allowed them to rise through the ranks. The result was that they accumulated so much wealth for us that when they were about to leave the scene there was enough money left in our national kitty. Nkrumah took over and still continued using the civil servants he inherited. He also achieved a lot for mother Ghana. Then came Prof Busia who sacked 568 of the competent civil servants( in the infamous apollo 568 by even defying a court order) and replaced them with incompetent university graduates. The result was that 10years down the line they collapsed all the state enterprises and instituted corruption and indiscipline in the civil service. That brought Rawlings to the scene who also surrounded himselve with inexperienced university graduates like Mr Totobi Kwakye, P.V Obeng,Spio Gabra, Sherry Aryitey, Joyce Aryee and all the greedy bastards. After 20years of Rawlings' rule nothing was achieved. It is important to note that university graduates have been the bane of our under development. They opposed Nkrumah, Acheampong and Rawlings. Finally when they were given the nod to rule the mess they caused was overwhelming. Talk of Limann, Busia, Mills and currently Mahama. This is how far our useless university education has brought us.

There is nothing good to talk about Ghana. Nothing. If we are rationing power and water in this 21st century then what exactly is good about our nation?

Clearly you have been in a coma over the last 56 years and just woke up so you don't seem to know what has happened over the period. For your information, while you have been away, we have discovered ourselves and now take responsibility for everything we do. By the way, whilst we were in the process of doing that, your ilk and forbears teamed up with some 'outsiders' who did not seek our interest and plunged us into a series of coups, starting in 1966, and culminating in our having to always go 10 years backwards to move 2 years forward. Over the last 22 years, we have managed to steady the ship and are now moving full steam, with plenty of oil and gas and a more confident Ghanaian (apparently you are not one). And while we are at it, you and your ilk are at it again, trying to stifle what is being done and to undermine the very democracy that we have fought so hard to achieve. You want more? Then wake up and smell the coffee. May be that would help you! How crass, unpatriotic and offensive!!!

"A nickel," the barman replied.

"Where's the guy who owns this place?"
The bartender replied,"Upstairs, with my wife."
The man asked: "What's he doing upstairs with your wife?"
The bartender replied, "The same thing I'm doing to his business down here.
After 56 years our nation has become a nation of retaliation. There is no forgiveness."Its you do me I do you"
Vengeance is the slogan.
We have become a Nation of insults and a Nation of warmongers.
Instead of finding ways to develop our Nation, some of our so called Educated men have become bigots and waving the tribal cards.

Only irremediable and willful ignorance will portray the glorious days of the African Liberator, the Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah, as a failure. Failure belongs to the traitors who ended our success on February 24th, 1966. Failure is the fate of those who do not appreciate Nkrumah, do not study his thought, and his actions. Failure is they who do not honour Nkrumah's legacy on which rests this country - destroyed as it is. If there was nothing of Nkrumah left, this country would have collapsed completely as a classic failed state a long time ago.
