  Selfish interests are the order of the day. Corruption, Kickbacks are rampant. Sole sourcing an Restricted tender Clauses in the Act are being misused and misapplied with impunity. MDs and CEOs of Departments and Parastatals with more than 15% of their contracts going through sole sourcing or Restricted tender must be sanctioned.
