But as is usual in such situations, the job will go whoever is able to lobby best. If Allan brings the qualities this article wants us to believe he has into the lobbying process, then the job will surely be his. The pay is very good but he won't have many opportunities to get bribes like he would as a Ghanaian minister.
My only small problem is that the international community will find it difficult to pronounce his name. Many are going to say K-e-re-mantengg...
