  The people of Akatsi south district sympathize with you because they best understood the predicament in which you find yourself. They've being at the receiving end of similar problem from MOST TROUBLESOME NETWORK with no help from national communication authority for lack of competence on their part or they have been compromised. When You put a call across you CANNOT hear a word from the other end yet you have your credit deducted from your account and this sheer robbery.

  TJ,may be you're informing me of another wahala....you call and a female picks this line? This is my official line which i handle so may be there's a bigger problem i'm not aware of if a woman really responded to a call.
